Maybe you know this feeling

Your voice went quiet a long time ago. Your body never did.

Sometimes the weight of what happened does not show up as a memory. It shows up as tension you cannot name, nights that will not settle, a feeling of being slightly outside your own life. If any of this is familiar, you are not broken, and you are not alone here.

  • You feel unseen, unheard, or disconnected from yourself.
  • You have done the talking, and your body still holds the rest.
  • You are tired of revisiting the hardest moments to feel better.
  • You want support that is gentle, private, and moves at your pace.
  • You are ready to come back to yourself, slowly and on your terms.

A softer place to begin. No fixing, no pushing, just a steadier way back to yourself.

The work

A different kind of support. Led by the body, not the story.

This is not talk therapy, and it is not about reliving what hurt you. We work with the body, which holds a deep intelligence, often beyond what the conscious mind can reach. The pace is gentle. The room is private. Nothing is forced.

We listen to the body

Your body carries truth, memory, and the capacity to find safety again. Sessions are body-led, so the work meets you where words cannot always go.

We do not re-traumatize

You will not be asked to revisit or relive painful events to make progress. The aim is steadiness and reconnection, not reopening old wounds.

We move at your pace

Each 1:1 session runs around two hours, with complete confidentiality, on both sides. There is no rush, and no performance to keep up.

This is coaching support for reconnection and steadiness. It works alongside, and never replaces, medical or psychological care.

Nervous system

Your body can learn that it is safe again.

Trauma keeps the body braced. The work here is gentle regulation, never force, moving breath by breath from tension toward steadiness. You can feel a little of it, right now.

Follow the circle, if you like. In for four, out for six.

Because healing is not a luxury.
It is a necessity.

About Que

I learned this work from the inside.

I grew up in a rural area of the Philippines, where mental health was not openly discussed. Life was shaped by survival, not self-awareness. From a young age, my body carried what my voice could not say: intense physical symptoms that were often dismissed as nothing serious.

Years later, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD. That moment became a turning point. My own healing was not quick or easy. It took decades of deep inner work, unlearning, and rebuilding. Along the way I discovered something I now build my work around: the body holds truth, and it can find safety again when it is given the right support.

Today my work is rooted in both professional training and lived experience. I know what it is to feel unseen, unheard, and disconnected. I also know what it takes to come back to yourself.

Questions

What you might be wondering

If something is on your mind that is not here, you are welcome to simply ask.

Is this therapy?

No. This is trauma-informed coaching support. It is body-led work for steadiness and reconnection, and it works alongside, never instead of, medical or psychological care. If you are in treatment, this can sit beside it.

Will I have to relive what happened?

No. We do not revisit or re-traumatize. The work meets your body gently in the present. You stay in control the whole time, and we pause whenever you need.

What if I am in crisis right now?

This is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out now. In France, call 15 (SAMU) or 3114, the national suicide prevention line. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency number or find a line for your country at findahelpline.com.

How long is a session, and where does it happen?

Each 1:1 runs around two hours, in person in Paris or online. You will always know what to expect before we begin.

What language are sessions in?

Sessions are held in English. This page is also available in French, so you can read about the work in your own language.

Someone I love is doing this work. How can I help?

Being close to someone who is healing can leave you unsure of what to say or do. I wrote a short guide for you, with what helps, what does not, and how to look after yourself too: How to support someone you love.

Is it really private?

Yes. Complete confidentiality, on both sides, is the foundation of this work. What you share stays between us.
