Who publishes this site

This site is published by Quetzal Charrier, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise) registered in France, working under the name Coach Que. Publication director: Quetzal Charrier.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. cloudflare.com

What this practice is, and is not

Coaching is not a regulated healthcare profession in France. Quetzal Charrier is a trauma-informed coach, not a doctor, psychologist or psychotherapist. Sessions are coaching support. They are not medical or psychological treatment, they do not replace care from a health professional, and they are not an emergency service.

If you are in crisis in France, call 15 or 3114. Anywhere else, you can find a helpline at findahelpline.com.

Content

Texts, photographs, videos and the visual identity on this site and on watch.healwithquetzal.com belong to Quetzal Charrier and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Privacy

I keep as little as possible, and I never sell or share your data for advertising. The controller is Quetzal Charrier, reachable at coachquetzalcharrier@gmail.com.

What is collected, and why

Who processes data on my behalf

Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments), Cal.com and Google (scheduling and video calls), Tally (intake form). Each acts under its own security commitments. Some are based outside the European Union and rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

Client records and invoices are kept for the period required by French accounting law. Intake and session notes are deleted at your request, and at the latest three years after our last contact. Library accounts are deleted when the subscription ends and you ask for it.

Cookies

No advertising cookies, no tracking, no analytics profiling. The site stores a small preference on your device if you use the calm reading mode. The video library sets one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to a use, by writing to coachquetzalcharrier@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Terms of sale

What is offered

Prices are in euros, all taxes included, VAT not applicable. Sessions are held in English, online by video, or in person on request. Sessions from a pack are booked one at a time.

Payment

Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout, before the session is booked. If a card is presented in another currency, the amount shown at checkout may include a conversion applied by Stripe. An invoice is issued for every payment.

Changing or cancelling a session

You can move or cancel a session free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. Less than 48 hours before, the session is counted as taken. If something serious happens, write to me: this rule exists to protect the time we hold for each other, not to punish you.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under French consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance, without giving a reason, unless the service has already been fully delivered with your agreement. Sessions already held during that period are due. After 14 days, purchases are not refundable, and unused sessions in a pack stay available for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The video subscription

The subscription renews every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the subscription portal; access remains open until the end of the period already paid. Access is personal and limited to 2 devices. The videos may not be downloaded, copied or shared.

Limits

Coaching is a commitment to means, not to results. No outcome is promised. I may end an engagement, with a refund of anything not yet delivered, if the work turns out not to be right for you or if care from a health professional is more appropriate.

Disputes

Write to me first, we will look for a solution. French law applies. You may also use a consumer mediation service free of charge, or contact the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
